After searching around so many hairdressers I found Pearls. Oh my I am so glad I did. After the consultation alone I felt so reassured. The knowledge Pearl and Natasha have is outstanding. I arrived on the day for my appointment and was again greeted so friendly and felt so welcomed. I watched the process on my hair however I didn’t want to see the finished look until complete and when I did I was blown away. It’s exactly what I have wanted in years!!! And I mean years!! EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND DAMAGED ALL MY HAIR !!! It was my first time ever having keratin bonds put in my hair but I had the worst experience. Pearl charged me £630 for the worst quality hair extension I have ever seen (I noticed after the first wash). She did not section my hair leaving my hair to get ripped and tangled. I went back to Pearl the very next day begging her to give me more information or take them out but she said that she would give me a call. I did not hear from her again even after trying to contact her on several occasions.
