I frequent here a lot when I am on Campus; the drinks are always super tasty and the staff are usually very helpful. In particular, the area manager who is this absolutely lovely older (possibly Ukrainian) lady who is sometimes serving and is a dream to have making your drink; she is so sweet and really wants to make sure you get exactly what you're paying for so always go when she is working and you're sure to find a drink for you and even if you're not happy go back because she once remade mine exactly how I wanted!!!!

I ordered a large Thai bubble tea today via deliveroo and I wasn't provided with a bubble tea straw. I don't have large bubble tea straws lying about at home, therefore, I can't consume the tea properly. This is ridiculous, especially since I paid £10 for the drink + delivery. I am very disappointed.
