It's in a great location. There are nearby coffee shops, cafés & restaurants & a huge shopping mall. Transport links are good too. It is lacking in local convenience stores but there is a lot of building work going on & hopefully this will improve soon. Victoria Park is also close by & is a great space for recreation.
