Excellent service. I’ve used Peakland Cycles for my Pashley tricycle service and repairs for a few years and more recently for my Van Raam electric tricycle. Peakland Cycles were very supportive when I was nervous about the 5 mile bike ride to Bakewell and very accommodating when I needed to rearrange due to bad weather.

Completely hidden away but well worth tracking down. Free parking outside the shop. Follow the signs for the Bakewell Vets, cross over the mill race and use the pull in fenced off carpark.

Super helpful, got me out of a bit of a pickle when my inner tube burst just before setting off back to Chee Dale on the Monsal trail. The Peakland shop assistant quickly changed the inner tube over for me and I was back on my way. The shop stocks a good range of bikes and accessories for its size and the assistant also advised on the best pump for me just in case I had anymore flat tyres on my way back.

My tyre ruptured as I was heading Into Bakewell.. I called in on the off chance and the lady was soooo helpful .. within minutes my bike was fixed and I was on my way .. all at a very reasonable price … thank you!
