The treatments were amazing and so was the afternoon tea. However the spa facilities themselves were not relaxing at all. There was no music on and no relaxing lighting. The pool was basically just lane swimming. There was a group of 4 in there diving in the pool and being really inappropriate and disruptive and the staff didn’t do anything to sort it. Such a shame for how much we spent.
