We contacted this firm to come and quote, a gentleman came, completely ignorant to what we wanted told us basically what we could have, which was a basic casement window, told us we would have a quote within the week. Which never arrived, we didn't chase this up as his attitude had put us off in all honesty, we invited another firm to quote who came listened exactly to what we wanted, cost was not an issue as this purchase should see us through our lives in this house. I would not recommend to any friend or family members. So hense to say we will not ask for quotes on the extension and other houses.
