I had stopped using this chemist for the very same reasons everyone else has complained about but a few months back I had no choice but to pop in there and what a difference!!!! Glad to see the horrible woman was not there and had been replaced by nice polite helpful staff with a smile. I’ve been in several times since and all has been 5 star!!!! Obviously under new management. Please keep it up Well done :)

I was shocked by the huge increase in level of customer service today. I rang this am for a repeat prescription, and the phone was picked up - huge improvement. I was then advised my order should be there tomorrow (unheard of - usually a week). Surprise call back later in the morning to say my request was ready to pick up. Didn't quite believe it but went to pick up and it was ready 😊. Whoever is dealing with prescription requests, well done 👏 absolutely brilliant service and so unexpected, especially with the call back to let me know. Fabulous!!! I have to agree with all the poor reviews previously reported, dreadful service ((if you were lucky enough to have the phone answered), which is why I had to post an excellent review. Speak as you find, maybe this is a new beginning 🙏

They hardly ever have in stock my medication so I'm always waiting on them. They never answer their phone either, when inside you hear the phone ring and everyone just ignores it.

They’ve made medication errors (two were incorrect dose & one being extra), staff are generally rude, don’t answer the phone - judgemental. Some don’t even understand the basics of pharmacy dispensing. Case referred to GPC for Medication Errors & Mismanagement of the Controlled Drugs Book.

Quite a few times I've gone to collect a prescription after work. Online it says open till 7. I get there between 6/6.30 and every time it's closed! I have previously emailed asking them to change their opening hours online so this doesn't happen for other people. I was emailed back and told it was a one off due to short staff. If it truly was a one off it wouldn't keep happening ALL THE TIME!

Possibly the worst place you could go for prescriptions or anything. Staff treat you with the same disdainful, miserable attitude. They are unable to get anything right first time. Got to a locked door at 5.50 and looked at like dirt because I wanted to be let in. Second visit they had no stock went elsewhere to discover they failed release the prescription so I couldn't get it from anywhere. Oh don't bother ringing them they won't answer. Most miserable appalling place you could ever go.

Just went to pick up My prescription I've been at work today so couldn't go sooner.....it shuts at 7pm arrived at 6 to see the doors closed!!!! Absolutely shocking 😳 the website still says 8am-7pm this Is not on.....customer service in there is a joke over hearing the a lady asking someone to just come back tomorrow as they can't cope with the stress!!! Someone who relies on there medication also....This isn't good enough at all.....They need a Manager in there to run the place properly the last 12 months has been a shambles!!!! They definitely need better staff and ones that cope under pressure.... They seem to belittle everyone that walks through there doors!!!
