We’ve used the engineered oak flooring all over our house and it’s brilliant, the best timber flooring I’ve ever worked with, all lengths the same width and depth, and ouch together easily. We had the character grade stuff where all the knots aren’t filled and you can’t tell it’s not and old original oak floor. You get what you pay for and there is stuff out there that’s cheaper but it won’t look as good as the stuff from peak oak once it’s down. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the showroom helped us get the right thing for our house and wee very happy with it all. Thanks.
