I have been seeing Adam and the Team since December 2022 because of my back and neck pain that made my life really complicated and uncomfortable. Cancelled my appointment 10 days before after waiting weeks to go on a Saturday. I complained and then a 'lady' replied to my email saying she didn't care about my past experiences that left me with these pains and to send my bacs number as they wouldn't see me. Shocking service!

I woke up in pain and went to sleep in pain. Movement usually caused pain, I couldn't walk, everything ended up in pain. Adam helped me a lot and I thank him very much. I first inquired at Peak after my doctors recommended I see a chiropractor after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, after being in pain on an off for 3 years. I also had high recommendations from co-workers and i though what can i lose? I'm so glad i did and I wish i had gone sooner. I've been seeing Adam for nearly 3 months now and the difference I can feel in unbelievable. My pain has gone from a 7 to a 2. But its not just the physical changes. My mind set is changing, I'm looking into why I'm get stressed, I've lost weight and started eating better and upped my exercise. I'm really looking forward to carrying on my treatment and seeing how far i can go. Adam is a fantastic coach and I highly recommend him to all.
