We came to Walk Like a Diplidocus at the beginning of the School Holidays and both my girls (and I) loved it so we came again to the Fly Like a Faery session too. Both sessions were great to connect with nature and the questions Louise asked the group about how we were all feeling before and after the session were really insightful and taught me new ways to approach my children when dealing with our feelings and emotions. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Louise for mindfulness/spiritual healing. She is well qualified in her field and amazing at what she does. She has a calming presence and is so approachable and down to earth. Her lovely nature puts you at ease straight away. I have gained my reiki level 1 with Louise and it was a great 2 day experience. I'm looking forward to my reiki 2 training in the summer. I have regular reiki sessions in which I always leave feeling reset, calm and so chilled. Going to book in for some reflexology too! Can't wait. I would definitely recommend Louise for healing/training, she's a diamond! 🧡🧡🧡

I have experienced a number of treatments with Louise namely her reiki and reflexology work.
