My daughter has been harassed by one of their drivers for two weeks in her way to college. She is only 17 and some guy thinks it’s ok to keep driving down the same road. Curb crawling and asking her to come over to him. We reported it after the first incident and clearly nothing has happened. They clearly condone this kind of behaviour from their workers. If that’s what they act like on road. What would he be like in your house. Absolutely disgusting. Poor customer service and creepy beggy drivers who like little girls. Below is his number plate for anyone else he may try this on

Peabody cares more about increasing the rent year upon year than anything else. Rent has increased by a whopping £20 a week since in moved in. Flats in Dalgarno Gardens lack storage, kitchens are old, walls are not even in places and there are no storage cupboards found apart from one in the kitchen and guess what there was an old water tank there from the 1960s which I had to fight Peabody to remove after a lengthy process. A lot of walls inside the flats were not plastered properly, so when I spoke to Peabody, they said to buy thick wallpaper. Internal and external windows have never been cleaned since I lived there (8 years), block looks like its never been cleaned. Staircases only swept not mopped so alot of stains have accumulated. Spit and dirt on the walls not washed but painted over 2 years ago and not in the same original colour. There are old cobwebs all over the block/entrances. Lift is rarely cleaned properly apart- from a quick sweep and a glance over the glass. General Estate in dire need of investment and renovation. Peabody making only 3 caretakers clean our massive estate where 5 are actually needed. Can't see any changes, so avoid living here and try to avoid Peabody in general.

Minus Zero star rating, shame this customer service teams managers Peabody Housing Association has no bone in their back side. The worst housing association by any benchmark. Repairs are incredibly frustrating to get it right! Nevermind communication. The have the worst kind of surveyors whio are so unscrupulously ignorant they never do their job properly. In fact they are so unscrupulously the have If you need to resolve your issues with dump mould Never mind about renting a house or a flat from this particular Housing Association. Good Luck with becoming a tenant/ leaseholder or shared owner with Peabody Housing Association residential letting. If you need to resolve your issues with dump mould, rats, mice, poor housing, search the repair line on Google search or disrepair lawyers and you should be able to get this done properly.

I went to the Peabody Ealing office yesterday, and the lady that was working at the front desk was very polite to me; however, I really wanted to see my housing officer or the manager, but I was told there is not a housing office here. However, I was seen by Jenn, and she was the most horrible person I have ever met, and even though I have explained about my health issues and that my needs have changed since moving to the flat I moved into three years ago, and I was begging for her to help me, she said catalyst cannot do much about it and they will not be able to help me, and that I shouldn’t have signed the tenancy agreement in the beginning. The reason I signed the tenancy agreement was because at that time I didn’t have health issues. Now that I explained my needs had changed, she didn’t seem to care, even though I am heavily pregnant and dealing with health issues. She left me there crying and wished me Eid Mubarak very rudely and harshly. I did not go there to be wished Eid Mubarak or to be congratulated for being pregnant. I went there to get support, but I was turned down. She left me in the office crying and I went out from the office very upset and could not stop crying and I was feeling very upset and two staff walking by did not even come to check and say if I was ok. Very rude staff there. This is really unfair for someone with a disability, and not getting enough support will just impact that person mentally and physically. If I knew Peabody would not be able to help me at all, I would not have signed the tenancy agreement, and I wish I had read the reviews from the beginning before going for it. I call, and I send so many emails to explain my situation but I am still being ignored. This is disgusting in how they treat residents, especially those with disability-related health issues. I just hope that by joining and emerging with Peabody, things will change for the better and more residents will be offered the support they require. The system is very poor.
