Had to wait several months for PDS to get started on our kitchen & dining room extension; but the delay was well worth it. Darren gave an estimate of 12 weeks to complete the work which also involved creating a utility room, office and moving the front door. In addition we also had 3 sets of patio doors installed to open up the back of the house to the garden.The whole project was completed on time and to budget. There were no shocks or surprises and we were particularly impressed with the quality of the work done by the PDS team and grateful for their advice and their attention to detail. Neighbours, friends and relatives have all been suitably impressed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend PDS to other potential customers

We took on PDS for our gym build, which was no small job, and really did need 'the works' - blockwork, joinery, electrics, plumbing, planning, building control... the list continues The help with planning permission was beyond invaluable, and when everything cleared (PDS unfortunately aren't authorised to prevent planning officers taking holidays during our planning process!!), the quick turnaround on the build was a huge relief. From a shell of a warehouse, to a warehouse gym in snip over a 2 months. PDS made so many decisions painless for us, and brought our dreams to reality. We initially had PDS come to give us an estimate for a double extension to our property, they stated it would be a rough estimate of approximately 36000 to carry out the work however they would need plans to give a definite estimate which we then went ahead with them to complete the plans and submit for planning permission as although we understood the 36000 was a rough quote and was likely to go up slightly this was within our budget. The plans were submitted and permission granted however once we asked for a quote from PDS to then carry out the work we were told within the space of the few months it had taken to get permission building costs had gone up and they gave us a quote of £16000 more than the original plus VAT. Obviously this was way above the original price and took us out of our budget, when I emailed back to ask for any ideas they may be able to assist with in cutting costs on the work we had spoken about they did not reply, when i asked them to at least provide measurements for the extension so I could get some other quotes as the plans they had provided did not have any measurements on them, I again had no reply from them. All in all the experience I have had with PDS is totally unsatisfactory and I would not recommend them if asked.
