Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Our honeymoon became a nightmare, thanks to repeated failures on their part. We went out of our way to prepare for this trip but we constantly had to chase them on what we actually needed. And yet despite all this chasing incredibly expensive information was missed, (a $400 one way car fee despite specifically asking about car fees). There was a lot more wrong, as the company knows (including telling us different things at different times). There was a promise of an investigation and us being told the results. This was meant to be weeks, we've waited months. We've decided its only fitting to warn others not to go with this company. I'm sure when things go right their fine, but when things go wrong, or they make a mistake, its been a horror show. I'm tired of chasing them, waiting patiently, or expecting anything resembling professionalism. I wish we had organised our honeymoon ourselves, the stress caused has in no way been worth the significant cost.
