PDQ installed herringbone engineered oak flooring in a kitchen diner, through to a lounge area, down pre-existing staircase and through to a utility room. The fitters did a brilliant job with preparation of a difficult and uneven surface, and produced an excellent finish which looks stunning. PDQ are super to do business with, are extremely skilled and competitively priced for a high quality fit and finish and I have no reservations about recommending this company. My son used this company to lay a vinyl floor . It was not laid properly and there were endless issues with this . The communication was very poor and it required a lot of energy to engage then in a dialogue about the poor quality of work . None of this was reflected in the high price which they pursued relentlessly without any discount for their poor service

Completed the work not to the high standards as they admitted themselves. They issued a credit but never offered to rectify the quality issue. I had questions with the way they issued a deposit based one invoice and asked for a remainder of payment on the second alternative invoice which included services that were not provided. When I asked for a breakdown and transparency, I discovered odd numbers that looked the same. They removed some of those numbers on request. No apology was given in any of the many emails, even when those odd numbers were provided and the quality issue was identified. Used them thinking I would be dealing with a professional and honest company but sadly cannot say that this what I got. Doubt that some reviews are from real customers as saw comments from their office staff, who dealt with me, pretending to be customers on Facebook.
