I dealt with Yasmin Fugurally. She was extremely helpful and considerate of my circumstance. I would fully recommend this firm. Its not often you come across a legal professional who has the empathy and understanding displayed by Yasmin.

My wife and I are landlords and had a CCJ granted against us for non payment of a service charge for one of our properties, we had no idea the service charge existed, all paperwork was sent to an old home address by a management company. Yasmin was extremely helpful sorting out everything for us she was very understanding of our feelings of injustice and helped us by handling the application to the court to have the CCJ set aside which was successful. Thank you Yasmin.

I have read a lot of bad comments from a lot of people whom you have dealt with badly. I have always paid my Ground Rent on time. I explained the hard time I was going through financially still under two months PDC and GAMLtd escalated £282 to over £1137 for the current year GR. I even wrote them promising to pay the extra over 6 months - there was no response whatsoever. On my own, I decided to send a cheque which they are still keeping and not collecting from the bank, probably with the intention of adding more penalty. The heartless charge. At 76, I wonder what job I will be doing to get the extra £855. To make these extras when you call the two parties, no one is ever there to pick up their calls. One should be very careful of PDC Ltd.

Absolutely scandalous company. Wrote to my accountants regarding an unpaid property debt that was nothing to do with my company. They were simply on an incompetent fishing trip. Mr Giuseppe Tona should be ashamed of himself; apparently he is meant to be solicitor but he cannot be bothered to research properly. As for the lady on the other end of the telephone, she should not be in any customer facing role! Inept, poorly trained and downright rude. Hope never to come across this excuse for a "Law" firm ever again. Before Katherine Bye (HR & Compliance Director) offers another "cut and paste" response, thankfully I have never had the misfortune to be a client of yours, only an innocent victim of your malicious, dishonest behaviour.

Did not receive any documents to say they were taking me to court, first I heard was via an Experian email. To my knowledge I had paid the debt in full and cleared my account a few months ago, as after making the payment I asked if I owed anything else and was told I didn’t. They do not reply to any emails, I have now paid the new amount in full to clear a CCJ off my credit report and cannot get an answer to whether they have sent relevant documents to court to confirm paid.

Funny that the only positive reviews are from people whose business is charging service charges and collecting ground rent. My lease says I should pay interest on my Ground Rent if it is 5 days late. So why was it sent to PDC after 10 working days of being late with layers and layer of fees added. And not a mention of the interest the ground rent should be incurring. Just "late fees" and "admin fees" and "referal fees". Sharks.

A truly terrible company to deal with. They have no morals whatsoever and just want to make as much money as they can. They issued me with a CCJ stating that they had an incorrect contact address for me. Issuing CCJs due to the use of incorrect addresses seems to be their ‘specialIst service’ looking at other reviews and talking to other legal people in the industry. They let a small issue for me become a major one, racking up their costs unnecessarily from the low hundreds of pounds to a couple of thousand. They don’t call you back at all - their paralegal (in no way is she worthy of such a lofty title) Evelina, was absolutely useless and never contacted me despite the evidence I provided to her. They remind me more of highly pressurised Sales Advisers that just want to make money out of peoples misfortune. I just hope that these awful people can sleep at night.

We have worked closely with PDC Law for several years. They have provided excellent knowledge and assistance in recovering service charge and ground rent arrears for our clients when legal action is required. Since using PDC Law we have rarely required a court hearing for any of our cases, which is not what we found with other firm. All our files are handled professionally and quickly with excellent results for our clients. I would specifically like to thank Aidia Filipovic, Adam Fotiou and Reece Wheeldon

Their lawyers have no clue about the law, will lead you down a rabbit hole for the sake of charging you money. If you are serious about resolving your legal issues, instruct a proper firm, not these cowboys. Most of the people working for them are not even qualified lawyers.
