    Keeping fit and training use to be a chore which I found boring and difficult to stick to but since having regular PT sessions with Andrew for the past year it has become something I now really enjoy and look forward to. He listens and understands and sets training programs to suit you and your longer term goals. He's also good fun and makes training challenging but always enjoyable, I'd gladly recommend Andrew as a first class PT.

    Well what can I say. After much searching I found Andrew who listened to what my goals were & worked programmes around that. You never get bored as they are changed every month & you get progress reports as well. Being a more mature person I was worried I had left it too late but after 4 months I am totally amazed how my shape has changed & how much I have learnt about nutrition. Andrew is always there making the sessions fun but getting you the results you want. So if you want to see results get booked in now you will not regret it.

    I've been having regular personal training sessions with Drew and nutritional advice from Clare and have seen some fantastic results. Their style is really bespoke and personalised which makes a huge difference. Drew has taken great care to plan a training regime that fits my goals and the limitations of my work gym. He really knows his stuff and has been patient to ensure I have correct posture etc to avoid injury, but also pushed me to achieve the best results I can. Their personal gym is a huge bonus, especially for those who don't like working out in front of others. Clare's nutritional advice has really enabled me to keep on track with what I'm eating so I get the best results, and still manage to have a life too :) Thank you both - couldn't have done it without you!

    PD fitness helped me gain more body confidence by showing me a whole range of strengthening excersizes to help me with my yoga. Using these techniques I have grown stronger, advanced more with my yoga practice and learned so much about my body and capabilities. The space is totally private which is perfect for me and the atmosphere from start to finish was informal, relaxing but totally professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone!
