Amazing company, I didn't just want a standard build with lots of rubbish I don't want or need, so decided to spec my own and they were amazing. Such an easy experience, so customizable and just what I wanted. Then there is the ordering process, you get a brilliant tracking service all the way though the build and then its dispatched with more tracking information right up to the moment of delivery. They do not skimp on the packaging, the laptop came boxed as you would expect and then put in a bubble style packaging 2 times the size of the package, then it is put in a box and well sealed with no distinguishing marks to say what's in it. Absolutely fantastic!!!! Defiantly coming back when I need another build!!! Thanks guys!!!!

It's the second time I've used PC Specialist. The big advantage is that you can pick and choose the features you want and need so you're neither compromising nor paying for things you have no use for . What's more, the quality is superb and the service quick and efficent. A no brainer for me.

Most things have gone OK. I've been a little bit undewhelmed by it, but appreciate a lot of this may stem form my own case choice. No compat flag popped up to say the case was small and may cause airflow problems. There were no notes on the order either. I accept case choice was my own oversight, but if the site flagged a warning, or I was contacted about this I would have definitely switched to a bigger case. - Overall, a bit disappointed with the outcome, however the build time and delivery was very quick.
