Cremation service recommended by vet Sarah my 18 year old cat 🐈‍⬛ was collected from vets and cremated, I found the whole experience humbling lady on the phone was very nice to me , didn’t get her name at the time I was too overwhelmed at just losing my baby girl. Sarah arrived to my home address within a week in a beautiful woodland scatter box along with a certificate.. Thank you again for looking after my baby girl on her final journey

After helpful initial phone communications, we were absolutely disappointed in their service. We agreed to pick up our beloved pet dog from the Northampton crematorium for private cremation elsewhere. There was no empathy shown in our time of distress. Our pet was simply handed over like a piece of meat, like a frozen turkey. No sympathy shown whatsoever and no attempt to ensure he was handed over in a thoughtful and respectful manner. Disgusting. I can not understand how they can provide this kind of customer interaction given they are dealing with owners (and pets) in times of distress. I dread to imagine what their service is like behind the scene without any direct customer interaction. In our experience, I would not recommend them for a dignified service.

I recently had to say goodnight, to my labrador Harvey, after 8 years of memories. I opted for an individual cremation option, and used the service provided, at the time I was unaware I could've taken my boy in my car to the cremation place, however the service I was provided was very caring and empathetic, I wanted to be close to him on the day they collected so I took a walk to the memorial Gardens on there ground and met the staff I asked them to look after him gently which they assured they would, thank you for everyone

It’s really sad for my family when losing our beloved pet. Thank you PCS for arranging farewell room then we can say final goodbye to our love Corgi Toro. The whole arrangement was really good, feel warm, and Toro was in very good condition, she was very clean, sleep in a sweet dream, no more pain.

Reliable and compassionate- PCS provide a very helpful service at a tough time. Our pet's ashes were returned to our vetinary practice within 7 days, beautifully packaged with the name of our beloved boy on the box. A written guarantee that he was individually cremated and that we had received back our boy was included in the box. Very impressed with the reliable and efficient service and guarantee.

Not may people know that you can personally take your loved pet to PCS. They have a lovely quiet chapel where you can say goodbye and a book in which you can add a photo and a message. We then wait a couple of hours for the cremation and take our pets home. We find that this helps so much with dealing with the loss. The staff at PCS are always so understanding and sympathetic allowing as much time as you want. Sadly we have been there a few times and its a 90 minute drive for us each way but we will always take this option rather than leaving our pets at the vets and being without them for a few days awaiting their casket to be returned.
