Had to wait a month longer than I was originally supposed to and they kept making excuses. When I FINALLY got my boy home, the card inside said he had only been cremated a WEEK before, so their excuses were just that- excuses! Be honest with your customers. A month delay is bad enough but lying about why there's a delay is worse. Just be honest and tell me he hadn't been cremated yet! No communication from their part either, they only made excuses when I called to chase up, they never updated me. When someone uses your services, they are grieving. You are supposed to make this time easier for customers, not harder.

Can't thank these guys enough especially Simon I sadly lost 2 of my beautiful cats this week Ginge & Ellie 2 days apart both from aggressive cancer and I'm totally heartbro ken but to be able to take both kitty's to be cremated and collected same day gave me comfort and Simon answered all my I asked regarding my babies cremations . I've now taken 7 of my cats to pcs and will continue to do so with my 18 I have remaining. Thankyou so much xx

My golden boy Prince crossed the rainbow bridge and was cremated with PCS Newbury, I'll never be able to thank them enough for taking such great care of him and putting all of our minds at ease during this very difficult time. They were all extremely polite, respectful and personable, their customer service was also amazing. They let our family visit him before the cremation and even let us give him his favourite toy which they allowed to be cremated with him. Thankyou so much
