A massive thank you to all the lovely team at PCPS. I had extensive water damage due to mains water pipe bursting under the kitchen floor. The team were amazing at dealing with the issue super fast and handling the insurance claim. The floor had to be dug up past the foundations, water leak fixed and re piped, new floor laid and new kitchen/cloakroom re fitted, painting and decorating. All of the team, were skilled, professional , very hard working and really lovely. Can't thank you all enough. We suffered a leak in the rising water main under our house which unknown to us slowly flooded the entire downstairs sub floor. After searching the internet we decided to go with PCPS to sort everything out for us because they had good reviews. It was the best decision we could have made. Nathaniel & Bianca took control of everything on our behalf and immediately put us at ease. They handled all the interfacing with the insurance company and were very professional and communicative throughout. Marcus and Nick did most of the repair work on site and were a pleasure to work with. They were very courteous and worked hard and to a very high standard and we are very happy with the finished result. We wouldn't wish this sort of problem on anybody. But if you do find yourself in a similar situation looking at reviews and trying to decide who to go with then look no further. We are sure you will have no regrets. PCPS fixed a leak under our bath in our flat which caused a large amount of damage. They were quick to respond and organise a date to proceed with the renovation work. They were flexible, easy to contact through out the whole renovations and delivered the repairs on schedule. They managed and oversaw the work which was a great help and ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. We trusted them entirely with our property as we had to move out whilst the work was taking place. I would recommend PCPS and use them again if needed.
