Worst rehab ever! I’ve just had the most frightening experience their, they got my detox medication incorrect which pushed me into horrendous withdrawal. I was then accused of lying to the doctor when I know I told the truth and my partner can back me up. They never managed to get my own medication and basically left me in complete pain, mentally and physically. The therapists are condescending and rude, Kieran in particular. Only knew me for a few days and treated me like and child and accused me of being someone I wasn’t! I left after 5 days and will be making a full complaint to the CQC. They ship you off to a different house basically unsupervised! An un safe place. Do not go here if you’re expecting a “normal” rehab facility. Dirty rooms which are unsafe. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst Rehab ever, if you can even call it that. The entire house 18 people relapsed on New Year’s Eve as the houses where clients stay are not staffed. Having to provide yourself with food, go shopping etc is not leaving a lot of time for rehabilitation. Staff used AA, CA & NA meetings as a way of teaching so basically paying thousands to be introduced to Alcoholics Anonymous. Also Staff members were ex clients that had relapsed who were trying to sell drugs to clients in treatment. Evil Perry & his gang new everything but continue stealing money from vulnerable people

Don’t pay a penny to these people. They take a great deal of money from you at a time when you are desperate to help a loved one. When he left after nine weeks and five days of the twelve week stay I had paid for, my friend had only been taken to step 3 of the 12 step programme. He had been told that he would reach step 9 and then complete steps 10 to 12 with a mentor after he came home but when nothing happened beyond step 3, he had had enough and he left. They told him they were shortstaffed and had lots of new people arriving so had to keep going back to the beginning again. They also had my friend policing the place for them when locals were hanging around outside trying to sell substances to the residents. Shortly after he left, I found my friend drunk at his flat because he had relapsed. I asked Perry Clayman if he could be readmitted for the remaining days I had paid for. He replied that he would let me have four weeks for the price of two. It was basically extortion and I declined. The accommodation also left a great deal to be desired plus my friend kept being moved from one place to another and apart from one panini that was provided at lunchtime, all other food had to be bought and prepared oneself.

I would highly recommend! I was at rock bottom and crying out for help. My amazing family called and all was sorted for me to come in 2 days later. The programme is intense but so worth while! The councillors are supportive and very understanding. The workshops are so informative. I had the pleasure of meeting many staff here, but Geraldine was by far the most amazing person i could of wished to help me to understand my true worthiness again. She truly is an inspiration. Thank you PCP LUTON

I was desperate to get my partner into detox and arrange this, I had to pay something upfront but no terms were told to me. As I was stressed, they played into this. I paid £1200 and that is for the driver and deposit. Now I get to know that the £1050 is non refundable!!! My partner changed his mind of going and they didn’t do anything yet. The deposit will stay open for 6 months but who says he is willing to go then. If I would have known before that it was non refundable I would have thought twice. As now I lost a lot of money where I could pay my rent from. They just cashing in money for not even done anything yet. Think twice before doing this. I contacted the person I was talking to to try work something out, but he stopped answering me. Very unprofessional.

WOW! What a wonderful place. I have done numerous rehabs and detoxes over the years, and none of them get anywhere near PCP. Every single staff member is on point, from the top down, the counsellors support workers, the truth hurts and they really do take you to the places you need to go to get sober. I owe my life to PCP, thank you so much Perry and James for everything you did for me to get me through the door I know I was a difficult one!!
