REconditioned laptop purchased at cost of over £200 y my daughter as she needed access to Zoom...after requesting warranty it was extended to 6 months from usual 3...problem occurred with on off switch...we sorted ourselves....same thing happened...laptop hadnt been used for over a year...personally dropped off at Gareths home....6 weeks later..not heard a thing...so I chased..to be told laptop is dead...quote..the battery has been glued in! Presumably by the guy her purchased from. He has suggested we pay another £100 to purchase another..he will make no profit from this he said...my daughter is struggling financially havng been made redundant and this is not an option...I suggested the interior of the laptop should have been checked by him before passing onto customer...no comment on that...he says he has tried his best...I have known Gareth for years and this is not what I would expect as good customer service...my daughter is distraught. He has repeated the option of repurchasing but not commented on my suggestion that the laptop should have been checked before handing over to us...we are not happy at all!! I note all other reviews appear satisfactory!
