Honest, helpful, thorough and clear - his communication and report were easy to understand and I needed not bother him with further questions (although I'm sure he would have been happy to answer any!). Initial contact with PCCS was after reading so many positive reviews. After receiving a fast detailed email response to my initial enquiry I decided to go ahead with a Level 2 survey as Peter was not currently carrying out Level 3 surveys due to workload. Having had Level 2 surveys in the past that did not provide adequate or fully accurate detail I was skeptical it may not have fulfilled my needs. I was wrong. Peter completed the level 2 survey and provided a detailed report tailored around my specific requirements to such an extent I didn't really have any remaining questions to ask after reading the report. From start to finish Peter was professional, responded to every enquiry quickly with comprehensive answers and subsequently offered his personal thoughts about the viability of the property as a purchase, which after all is a life changing decision. I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. If you are reading this ahead of requesting a level 2 survey then don't look any further, get booking, you won't regret it.
