    If you are buying a washing machine, ask for Rob - he just sold us a Beko, and he was brilliant. Listened to what we wanted, have sensible advice, and was so warm and friendly throughout. Made a task I wasn't looking forward to - buying a new appliance - easy and almost fun! Also, ask him to show you pics of his adorable pets - he has the most gorgeous boa constrictor! To the managers: Rob is a credit to you and deserves a pay rise. Five stars, no hesitation.
