I had a very slow PC, about a year ago, and was recommended to’PC Technicians’ by my daughter. Having taken it in for diagnosis I received a very reasonable quote and explanation of what needed doing and got it back in short time, working perfectly. It still is! My I-Pad started acting strangely, recently, so I remembered where to take it. I phoned to make sure that PC sort out temperamental I-Pads and agreed to take it in this afternoon. Within a few minutes Steve had put right whatever was causing the problem. How an expert can make problems simple! When I asked for the bill I was told that there was no charge which reflects the whole ethos of this business to give excellent, professional and friendly customer service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
