This company is such an exemplar of astounding business practice, competitive (incredibly affordable with high standard of quality care) pricing and friendly customer support that it has impacted my political perspective on market economics and my immediate perception of small businesses. That is to say, this company has eroded some of the theoretical, inalienable negativity I hold towards the conception of small businesses given the difficulty to regulate them; ensuring they self-regulate, as well as the immediate disparities they have against large corporations and monopolies, meaning in many cases the only way they can effectively grow is through bad/malpractice. Of course, this company dispels all these attitudes. In conjunction with every other 5-star review (to which I am yet to find a less-than-5-star review), and after investigating the integrity and professionalism of this family-owned business just to further validate my own amiability of said business, I implore everyone to use this company for their device repairs. Just to demonstrate the transparency of this business, the recipient of a device repair is given a detailed description of the measures that were taken to fix their device, as well as a prediction of the device's longevity after the repair. Not to mention, prior to repair, the staff provide a realistic, educated presumption of what is causing the aforementioned problem with the device, and whether it is more suitable to replace the device completely. As someone who is tech-savvy themselves, I know the advice given before and after diagnosing what the issue with the damaged device is, was solely in my best interests. PC Revamp is the best electronic device repair shop I have used, and is perhaps *the best* company I have ever engaged with. Faith in humanity is (partly) restored.😌
