They come promptly and pick the machine from your house with reasonable forecasts of what will happen, when and they give you choices of what-when to fix. They also give you recommendations and take superb care of the product. Best solutions for better use of equipment offered. Really fast delivery and all guarantees of service. I was desperate to fix my Sony Vaio laptop as none was talking the responsibility to fix it. Damian responded in a speedy way to fix it. It was massive facilitating that he came to pick and deliver my laptop in my place. Very nice professional as he was still following up that every thing is ok.
