    I took my water damaged MacBook to PC Magicians within less than an hour of a large bottle of water being poured over it. PC magicians were really responsive and called me that evening (it was a Friday) to explain that there was a lot of water but they thought my MacBook was going to be OK and they would be in touch the following Monday. I thought it was kind they went out of their way to reassure me my laptop would be OK. On the Monday they found further damage and quoted for the work and explained if they were unable to repair my MacBook there would be no charge for the work. I was really impressed as most companies would charge you regardless. They spent a significant amount of time working on my MacBook and keep me updated on when it would be ready which is a priority as I am self employed. PC Magicians are reliable, trustworthy and don't bombard you with lots of tech jargon. They were reasonably priced given the amount of time they have spent on my MacBook and have given me a 6 month warranty! Thank you and I would definitely use them again.
