Worst tech shop ever alright service but the problem is I bought my product 3 weeks ago and only now it's faulty. It's not even faulty it's completely broken. Only 3 weeks and the connection port is broken.

A good business run by good people. They're very responsive to email and calls and make sure you and your needs are in good hands. I went in for a backup of two of my PCs and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend. EDIT/UPDATE: I recently got my laptop repaired and the service was very quick and professional. It's running like new again. They offer free diagnostics, which was very helpful as I thought the problem was with something else, so it saved me time and money to get their professional opinion on it. I've returned to PC & MAC World several times over for years now and they've never done me wrong. Highly recommend.

I had two bad experiences with so called professionals that claim to be able to fix your broken Mac or MAcbook Air with no happy results. It is the first time that I have somebody that said: "I can fix it and here is the estimate". And yes they delivered on all fronts and my 10 years old Mac is now working again like on the first day with all its files saved. Should I be cautious....maybe but as at today I will strongly recommend PC and MAC World LTD. The shop may not look exquisite but the staff is friendly, helpful and of course efficient.
