    I had accidently stepped on my laptop and discovered a hairline crack across the screen. I called PC hospital and gave them the laptop details and they went away to investigate. I was called back later in the day with various options to go forward (brand new screen vs refurbished screen) and a breakdown of costs for both. Although ultimately I didn't decide to go for the repair (the replacement touchscreen was out of budget), PC hospital were very proactive and helpful throughout the process and cannot fault them whatsoever. Thank you for your help :)

    I had issues with being able to connect with my zoom account and Richard and his team of engineers, responded quickly. The engineer who did a home visit was effective, courteous and quick to solve the problem for me in about 20 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

They provided three levels of quotes (used screen, full hd new, and 4k screen). From sourcing to repair it was around one week with them collecting/delivery the fixed laptop to my apartment in Surrey Quays. Happy to use them again in future.
