We had a single storey side extension built with PB&T Joiners & Builders (side kitchen extension and downstairs shower room). Project was managed by Lee. The building work started ahead of schedule which was great, and the main building work was completed within about 8 weeks. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of work, communication with the team, and the staff and tradesmen that were involved with the building work - nothing too much trouble for them. Pricing was clear and stayed within the quote so no surprises, and they went above and beyond to ensure a high standards of workmanship and were happy to make changes where necessary. Lee provided additional quotes for extra work such as fitting a new gas boiler, and additional electrical rewiring. Work was certified and passed building control inspections with no problems. Good quality materials used and plastering finished to a very high standard. All staff were friendly, polite and were clean and careful to ensure minimum disruption to our lives, particularly when working from home. Special thank you to all the team that worked on the project including Lee, Charlie, Ash, Chris, Wayne, Dale and Connor. This is the second time we have used PB&T for building work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use their services again. Thank you.

Can't recommend PB&T enough honestly. They come through every time, for everything we've needed. No job too small. We've had their electrician, plumber and roofer do work for us and it's always immediate response, professional quote, very reasonable price, neat and good quality work, friendly faces and invoice sent over soon after. Will be using PB&T for any work needed in the future for our house.

We hired put recently and we’re surprised with how quick they were getting the work started and surprisingly they completed the work quicker than expected they were very accommodating as have a little boy and we’re great with him definitely hire them again we’re great at getting all The jobs done such as electrics and tidied up ! PBT Did a kitchen renovation for me at the end of last summer. I had a couple of quotes from local building firms which was not easy as everyone is so busy. Lee came over from PBT, we talked through a few ideas and gave the best value quote so I went with them. We moved out for a few weeks as the work was happening but I was on site and spoke to all the trades to make sure we got everything as we wanted. We had a few questions and had to make a few changes along the way but nothing was too much trouble for Lee. Keith did a great job on the tiling and Charlie was very good fitting the kitchen, asked lots of questions to get it all right and even made a few extra panels to make sure we had a perfect finish. We got some of the materials and kitchen ourselves to save some costs and Lee & team were very flexible in getting all the works completed as we wanted. Would definitely use again and recommend, thanks Lee & PBT team.

Spoke to Philip about putting together a small outdoor shelter my grandma had perchesd at the back of her house as she wanted something to sit under outside as she's isolating because of her chemotherapy treatment. It was minimum a days work and was a small quick job the shelter and all parts were paid for just needed putting together, he then tried to quote £880 for the job. That's a compleatly insane number and was clearly trying to rip off an old lady. The shelter only cost £400. After I questioned the massive amount he then went on to be very rude telling me to "get in the real world". Stay away from this scammer he clearly needs to learn some customer service skills
