My previous accountant outsourced payroll to this company without telling me first. I got a few chirpy emails introducing themselves to me - a sole Director Ltd company with one person on the payroll (myself). Issues with password access were the beginning -Just trying to find out how much PAYE to pay myself each month was an effort. I replaced my accountant who then informed me that Payroll Sorted sent the wrong info to my new accountant. Finally the P60 they did I cannot open with the password given. My new accountant does not use them thankfully

Very poor service. Takes ages to respond and can’t get hold of my account manager or the owner to resolve the issues. Factory, process driven payroll, lack of personal service and accountability and you rarely hear from the same person twice.
