I first called about some drop earrings and the customer care was excellent. I couldn’t go into the shop so ended up placing the order on the phone. True to their word, I got my beautiful earrings the next day. I also requested something and they kindly gave me without charging an extra penny. Highly recommend.

A simple job to hang charms back on an old gold bracelet was done so badly and the bracelet returned to me with a broken link. When I went to pick up the bracelet, after it was redone, one of the women in the shop was so rude to me that I was taken aback. I thought they were an old family firm and that they would treat their customers with respect. How wrong was I? When I asked if the broken link had been soldered the assistant snapped that they 'had done the work that they were asked to do' meaning to hang the charms. The link was not broken when I first took the bracelet to them. I cannot express how horrible the experience of using this jewellers was. What arrogance and complete disdain they had for me in light of their shoddy amateurish workmanship.

Excellent service, helpful and I was made to feel welcome. I had a silver chain repaired here which is of high sentimental value to me, I was able to have it fixed in the shop in front of me and advised about the pros and cons of having the jump rings soldered. I will return here in future for any of my jewellery related needs..

Such a lovely shop with gorgeous displays of gleaming silver and sparkling jewellery ..and such a happy shopping experience with very helpful and attentive staff. Everything one hopes for in luxury shopping.. but sadly so rare these days.
