She was really patient and on multiple trips to India diligently searched for what I wanted, giving me options and fantastic guidance. When we couldn't find what I wanted, she made the shawl for me, exactly as I wanted it from scratch, and matched it to the perfect sherwani. I wouldn't have gone to anyone else to help me with my wedding outfit. I'm really excited Payal is expanding her Men's collection as I think she really has the sophisticated, elegant look down! She knows the style of outfits I like and is never pushy if i'm undecided, so I never feel under any pressure which is a big factor for me when I visit designers. More recently it was my brothers wedding and all the outfits were purchased and designed by Payal. She adopts a completely personalised approach to her customers understanding the style that suits best, and advising and guiding accordingly. We were incredibly happy with our outfits and the service we received. Her collection is stunning!

I had a Bandhgalla designed by Payal and I must say that I was so impressed with my purchase. The Bandhgalla fits me perfectly and the fabric is of a very high quality and very comfortable. The quality and stitching is amazing, with the unique buttons that really stand out! Cant wait to buy another one soon. Excellent service!
