Brilliant service from Paxman Horn staff. Especially Mr Martin at customer service.. Helped a Heart broken dad who dented the son's French Horn whilst trying to loosen a Valve. And my son had can't be missed Orchestra practice & Horn lessons. And we were offered a loner Horn so my son could carry on playing. Mr Martin on behalf of Paxman Horns done Brilliantly.
