Absolute fabulous cat-sitting service. 1st time we used them. We were away for 11 days and Andreea came in twice a day to feed and check on our furry baby. She is a lovely, warm person and Bobby (very cautious and shy) loved her. We got updates and photos every time Andreea popped in and she was very honest and told us if she hadn't seen him as he was wandering outside- which concerned her but we knew was his style. He's outdoors by night and indoors by day and Andreea coped perfectly with his routine, adapting it when necessary. We also had the benefit of Andreea picking up the post and checking the house was OK which really put our minds at rest when we were so far away. Pawtastic will be the 1st number we call now when we need a sitter. Professional, warm, caring.. perfect. X

Wonderful service. Andreea and Eduard took great care of our two cats while we were away for a week. The initial meet is a lovely way to introduce someone new to pets, and while we were away we received daily photo updates on WhatsApp. Even our very shy and reserved cat quickly warmed up to Andreea and Eduard, and we could see how content and playful the girls were in the photos and videos we received. It's such a relief to know we can avail of such a friendly and high-quality service next time we travel. Thank you!

Since getting our Cat, Reuben we have struggled for a long term solution for when we are away on holiday. We have tried Catteries but Reuben always appeared so anxious on collection and he hates car journeys. These all turned into obstacles to the point where we stopped planning holidays. Having researched various companies I came across Pawtastic and it stood out with its amazing 5 star reviews. We were anxious to try it however thought it was the best option for Reuben going forward as he could stay in his home environment. Eduard and Andreea were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they put us at ease. Their level of communication was fantastic, and they provided photos after each visit. This really put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our time away. After years of restricting our travel, we now feel 100% confident leaving Reuben in the hands of Andreea and Eduard in the future. On arrival home, he was much more comfortable than he has been in the past when left in Catteries. Would 100% recommend this company! 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service! Edward and Andrea are so flexible and our dog Bonnie loves when they come round. Bonnie was shy and anxious at first but they were so patient with her and made her feel so comfortable! They are flexible when we need them and always keep in touch when we are at work.
