Tom and Michelle are wonderful! Our 8 month old puppy is a little nervous of new people and the guys have been great at giving her the time she needs when picking her up and getting to know her before group walks. They are great at working around times needed and our puppy always comes back happy and tired! It's also lovely to get the pictures of her walk each week.

Tom and Michelle are just some of the best people we have ever met! Our dog, Chase, adores them both and is always totally thrilled to see them. They are brilliant with him and really care not only for him but for us as a family. When my husband had an accident at work they went above and beyond to help us out and make our lives easier by making sure Chase was well looked after. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Thank you, kindly to Pawsitively lucky pets were a big help to me when I was rushed into hospital and needed a quick food and comfort check on my 2 cats. Michelle has looked after them on previous occasions, it was one less thing to worry about and I know my furbabies are in safe hands.. for any amount of time, be it a one off or extention to holiday requested due to travel issues. Very knowledgeable, caring, friendly, pet hygiene & medication administration too. Recommended to everyone
