5* Service as always! My chihuahua had his 2nd mud bath treatment today. I’ve seen a big change in the amount of hair he’s not shedding due to having the treatment. Happy dog and happy dog mum because my clothes aren’t covered in hair every time we have a cuddle Thank you girls 💖✨

Took our dog snoopy the springer spaniel in today for some tlc and they have done such a fab job on the cut on him. He smells lovely and he seems over the moon :) customers service was great. Easy booking. Nice and easy drop.off and collect and on time..

I booked online for my dog to have nail clipping, paw balm and a brush, online this stated the brush was free, so my total was £11. When I came to pay, it was £22.50. When I text the owner to query this, she states this is due to the fact it depends on size of the dog and that online it states a ‘from’ price, the website did not have a from price at all. The owner also informed me the day before that my dog was booked in with her, she then has someone else carry out the groom. I also told the staff my dog needs to be muzzled and they completely ignored this. They also gave my dog treats, WITHOUT my permission, without checking if she is allergic to anything, my dog had an upset tummy that evening and the next morning. The service I received when I walked in was also appalling, being told to wait in the car is the best option. Way over priced, website has false advertising, attitude of staff was disgusting. I will never recommend this company and this will be taken further. 100% the worst dog grooming company EVER.
