Paws Nuneaton took payment on the phone for dog vaccination appointment . Missed morning time for the appointment today and called if can attend on the same day today .Woman on the phone refused and says have to repay full payment for another £80 for an appointment after 2 days and refused to give appointment today. Will not adjust the previously paid £80 pounds which have been taken as punishment. If this is the behaviour of these places, then legal action will need to be taken via Ombudsman.
