Paws indoors is Mango’s home away from home. From the beginning from their interviewing process to make sure your dog as well as other dogs will be safe and happy has to be commended. All the staff are friendly and always looking to be accommodating. They have always been on hand to help with short notice assistance when I have treatment or appointments which gives great peace of mind. No ask is too big or small and the fact they offer pick up and drop offs is the icing on the cake. They have helped mango coke out of her shell and she is always excited to go to her home away from home. Paws indoors staff are our extended family and will always be grateful for the wonderful service they offer

Unimpressed, you have to commit to at least two days a week . Can't be used ad-hoc, probably because they are over subscribed with working dog owners and don't need casual business. There are lots of people that would to use their facilities on rainy days but can't commit to a doing it regularly. Also the socials are badly advertised only seen once or twice on Facebook but not everyone uses Facebook.

Thought they promoted training, obviously not as they asked us to stop sending our Beagle to them as they were not including him in their enrichment sessions so he was getting frustrated. Was obviously good enough for 6 months, but now they decide they can’t handle it. Don’t take more dogs on if you cannot already handle the ones you already have 😊

My Beagle loves all the staff at Paws Indoors and comes home ready to nap after a busy day. The daily updates on what activities and training they’ve been doing is lovely and there’s some fantastic photos! There’s always such a positive energy from the whole team - and I love the holiday cards the dogs make for us.

Bert has attended Paws indoors for close to two years. It’s been from a socialisation perspective, great for his training and not to mention he’s worn out after a day playing with waggy friends - so after a day at work, it’s perfect because we don’t need to take him for a walk! The team are lovely and treat him as their own. Each day we get progress photos, videos and text updates on his adventures, training, enrichment and general photoshoots. We’ve received Mother’s Day cards & Father’s Day cards from Bert. He even got an invitation to Dogwarts! Overall, a great investment and we recommend the services that Paws offer to everyone who’ll listen!
