Such a great company! Phil was very responsive to my enquiry & Dawn is fantastic with Charlie, he responds to her caring nature. He loved his walks, and the recent play date, he was exhausted when dropped back off. The collection / delivery service is a great option. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a little more exercise for their dogs or a reliable trustworthy company to look after them. My mother in law wouldn't trust anyone else with Charlie.

Phil and his team did a wonderful job of looking after our two cats while we were on holiday. It is great to trust a company so much and know my cats aren’t stressed when we came home as they would have been had we put them in a cattery. Right from the first enquiry phone call it was obvious that Phil and his team love animals. We will definitely be using them again.

I am very picky about who I let care for my dog and Paws, Claws and More never fail to meet my expectations. The staff are always friendly and professional and take good care of my boy when he goes out for his walk with them. They are very attentive and take note of everything you want/need which fills me with confidence that my dog is getting the absolute best. Plus he is always ecstatic to see Donna (his main walker) so that's as good an indicator as any that they are superb at what they do!

Phil and his crew are just great friendly reliable with an A* service have helped with our puppy Labrador solo walking and now makes it an enjoyable walk for me to take her out when previously it was very stressful and puppy was very anxious.Also have used paws and claws when we have gone away for a short break to look after our two dogs and cat and returned to a happy household Dawn and Julia are just great would thoroughly recommend .

We went to visit Kent on holiday, taking our dog with us. Phil from Paws, Claws and More was brilliant, he arranged for a lovely lady called Nicky to come and walk our dog while we went out on safari for the day. Nicky was a true star, popping round the day before we went out, to get to know our dog, waiting for my husband to come and drop a key back after we’d forgotten to leave one and sending me photos and updates when she was out walking. The service is a little more expensive than what we pay for our regular dog walker, but to be honest you pay for what you get, and here, you really do get top service and peace of mind that your pet is having great time and in good hands. Thank you Phil and Nicky. We’d definitely recommend.

Phil and his team have been helping us out with dog walking for our two Greyhounds for over a year. Every time Donna gets back from a walk we get a lovely text telling us what they have done and how she enjoyed it. We had a change of circumstance recently and cancelled the walk scheduled for that afternoon. Absolutely no drama and surprisingly we were not charged, despite only giving a couple of hours notice (I'd fully expected to pay). I can't recommend these guys enough.
