This was my first time boarding my cats, so I was understandably a bit nervous. However, Kathleen and her staff were wonderful! You can tell that they all really care about each and every cat in their care, and they've got loads of experience in dealing with cats that needs special meds and food and such.

I just went round to take a look before I boarded my cat there, from what I saw I was very impressed. The pens where the cats are kept are clean ,they have access to a run area. I shall give a more detailed review when I board my cat there.

SWITCHED MY CAT WITH ANOTHER ONE as they looked similar. . I’m Very upset and stressed! Sent my two cats Ash and Luna here and my Ragdoll cat that was returned to my sister who picked them up wasn’t mine. It was another Ragdoll cat named Harley. I instantly noticed it wasn’t my cat Luna when my sister sent me photos of her. I understand that accidents happen however the owners have not bothered to ring me to apologise for the ordeal they put me through whilst I have been in another country. Also I’m not sure why cats are let out all together to play when they are territorial creatures ? They must have been let out together as my cat got swapped with another Ragdoll cat. When I asked how long my Ragdoll was in a different pen to my other boy Ashy and they couldn’t give me an answer, so for all I know the last 5 days my cats have been separated. When my sister went back to swap the cats , the lady said sorry but laughed it off and said she needed to quickly go as she needs to pay her gas an electric bill…???!!!! Common sense would say to SCAN the cat you return back to my sister if you can’t tell them apart. Will not use these folks again - lost my business for life.
