Paws have been looking after our cat Pepper brilliantly for the past few years, for weekends, weeks and longer periods and I can't recommend them highly enough. Christine and Bruce are superb carers, spending time with him each day, not only feeding but administering various medications. Nothing is too much trouble, not only the cat care but also watering plants and garden etc in the summer. When we get back the cat is always groomed to perfection and clearly happy and well looked after. Look no further for cat care!

Paws At Home are fantastic – we used them many times over 3 years while we lived in the area and they did a really good job looking after our 2 cats while we were away. Christine and Bruce were very friendly and would always leave a note to let us know how the cats had been! They can also administer medicine and pills which is very helpful if you have a pet which needs treatment. Another review mentions that they have quite a strict cancellation policy, which is true, but they're a small business so it's understandable, and it was never a problem for us. Definitely would recommend!

Used them a few times and seemed to be OK but then despite us cancelling over 48h in advance, they kept our money when a close family member passed away and we were stuck on the other side of the world!! Said their business “runs on births and deaths” and wouldn’t refund over £50! Also, when rooms were closed they entered without permission and used our belongings. No trust and no decency or empathy.
