Hi I posted this review 14 hours ago this is to Kayleigh woods who said I lied To Kayleigh woods don’t worry hun we have full video evidence of the encounter that happened yesterday we have plenty of proof of the owner swearing and threatening and being aggressive so don’t comment if you don’t know what happened. Please read below for review. DONT RECOMMEND!Owner is extremely rude and aggressive, and extremely unprofessional, my family members dog goes there and they get a phone call with a man swearing down the phone to pick his dog up, finally get there the man smells badly of alcohol and starts swearing and screaming and threatening. Their dog was whimpering and trembling, if he is the owner as he claims his doggy day care should be put out of business, extremely extremely unprofessional and a disgusting person. Seriously if you love your dogs keep your pups far away from this place they have a duty of care to look after your dogs sober and not drunk and aggressive.

Just readed a review on here done about 14 hours ago and I have to say I completely disagree. I used to work for pounders over 10 years ago, and I know for a fact, the boss wouldn’t ever dream of working drunk, let alone do it. Pawpounds overs years as grown into a great business and I bet the dogs love it there they certainly did when I worked there. Please don’t say things, unless you know they are true.

Have started taking our Dalmatian to Pawpounders - to say he loves it is an understatement. He cannot get enough..! Shout out to the incredibly friendly and professional team who have taken such great care of him with their personal approach getting to know him and his character personally (as well as getting to know us and giving us some amazing advice). He’s has great enrichment/stimulated and well exercised throughout the day resulting in a VERY happy, tired boy when he comes home. The glowing report at the end of day made us so so proud! ♥️

Very rude man on the phone when we asked for directions (as they aren't very clear on the email for the field) I assume he is the owner. Really wanted to like this field but due to the rude customer service I received by simply just saying we had arrived and not sure where to go he kept sighing and getting annoyed with us that we didn't know where to go and said ' well you are not here are you as I can see on the CCTV' I had sent an email complaining but no reply.

One of the nicer dog fields for walking your dog. It's large and there's a separate woodland walk to mix it up a bit, a shelter for if it rains and also places to sit down while your dog explores/ plays. Definitely going to keep using this one despite it being further away than others we've tried.

I have been taking my golden retriever here weekly for the past 8 months and highly recommend them. They are so professional and take lots of details about your dog before accepting them and your dog has to be up to date with vaccinations. They are totally safe here as it’s totally secure. She is so excited to go there and is off lead the whole time she’s there, she has the run of 3 fields and a sensory area and can roll around in muddy puddles to her hearts content with her doggy friends. They look after her beautifully and she always comes home smelling Devine as they bath her and groom her to come home. I’ve left her with Dave over new year and she had the best time. You can view them on Facebook in a live feed and they send you lots of photos and videos of your fur babies. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
