Came for a throwing experience and it was brilliant! ยฃ60 each using a wheel and potentially two bowls. Fairly detailed instructions to start and we were on our way. Such a laugh, clay flying everywhere BRING AN APRON OR SPARE SET OF CLOTHES!! Really happy to have experienced using a potters wheel, and happy to have made my โ€˜potโ€™. An intimate space filled with beautiful works. I took a taster session with Chris and had a wonderful time. Conversation and asking Chris for help was easy as heโ€™s very patient - heeven let me attach a little clay piece to my cup when the session ended. A great way to tap into your inner child and play with some clay.

My sister and I went to a pottery throwing taster yesterday. It was absolutely brilliant, Chris was an excellent teacher and a really calming presence. He showed us the whole process and then carefully guided us through the process, fixing things if they went awry! We ended up with two beautiful bowls each, something we can be really proud of! We get to pick up our fired creations in a few weeks. Couldnโ€™t recommend more for an afternoon out, makes for a great present- and I know my sister is now thinking of doing a longer course! Thank you Chris ๐Ÿ˜Š
