  Booked for quote for my front garden with this company twice in 2 months and they didn’t show up .. Reviewed them on a app I found them on and I was reported by this Lisa person because I dared to tell my opinion :)

  I'd seen marks work which is the reason I wanted them to do the work. They had employed a couple of lads who they sent to do my job. When Mark came to inspect it he immediately ripped it up and started again, which has cost him money and time to do so. This just reinforced how much he takes pride in his work and how much it matters to him to do the job right and leave his customers satisfied. I thought the original job looked OK but I obviously didn't have a clue. He could have left it and I wouldn't have known but that isn't what he is about. The finished job is perfect and his attention to detail is unreal. The lads he sent have been finished and won't be let near anything to do with Mark ever again judging by his reaction. Lisa was excellent letting us know what was happening and Ellis their son couldn't be more polite and respectful. They worked long and hard to rectify what had been done and the finished job is perfect. You learn more about a company when things go wrong than when they go right and these dealt with the situation magnificently Thanks so much Highly recommended 👌 Service: Paving job site preparation

  Selecting someone to pave and landscape my garden was not easy. I am a tradesman myself and am forever critiquing the craftsmanship of others, looking for level, plumb, square, flush, finish, detail. Most of the time, a slapdash, ‘it’ll do’ attitude is evident - and then there’s Mark from Paving the Way. Mark’s attention to detail is evident everywhere, almost obsessive. He’s articulate in his work, he takes time to think about how it will look, and his commitment to satisfying his customer is commendable along with his integrity. Mark has a team who work with him, Carl, Ellis and Lisa. I was astounded at the consistent pace at which this team work. They are relentless in their effort to prepare the site for Mark to work his magic and nothing is too big a job for them. They are all pleasant, polite, respectful and have been a delight to have working on my home.   We've had a porcelain patio installed by this company. Old patio removed, new patio installed with turf to the back of it. Such a hard working team of people, all work completed with no disruption, areas left tidy every day and complete removal of rubbish and they jetwashed all areas on completion. A friendly, helpful company who have made my garden look lovely. It's been an absolute pleasure to meet them all and I would highly recommend them. I told Lee I would give them a 5 star plus review so here it is. I will be getting them back in the Spring to landscape the back of my garden.   Mark, Lee, Carl, Ellis and Lisa have just completed a landscaping project in our back garden consisting of two porcelain patios, sleeper walls with lights, levelling garden and re-turf. We knew they were good but they have really exceeded our expectations. At all points during the project from initial consultation to finishing off at the end they made sure that we were happy with the work they were doing. The quality of their work is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The porcelain patios are perfect, the joints are clean and tiles evenly spaced and levelled correctly for drainage. The vertical sleeper wall they installed for us took a lot of work cutting 20 sleepers up into short sections and then ensuring they were all set and levelled perfectly. They started the project on Monday and had completed it by Saturday. They genuinely want to make sure that the customer is happy with their work and it’s clear that all the team take great pride in the work they do. I’d highly recommend Paving the Way and will certainly be using them again.

  Wow! Paving the way have transformed our garden. We are absolutely over the moon. The team (Mark, Lee, Carl and Lisa) are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They are not only genuine brilliant people their work is first class. The time they take and attention to detail is like nothing I’ve seen before. The flagging is really intricate and no corners are cut. They have years of experience and it really shows. They are very hard workers, always on time and left my property spotless. Mark and the team take huge pride in their work, they are open and honest and kept us up to date right through the build and even while we were waiting to get it done. I can’t stress enough how much of a pleasure the whole process was and how lovely they all are. Thank you for everything Ian and Eve

  I have just had the back garden professionally landscaped by the lads at Paving the Way Landscapers Ltd, and I'm over the moon with the finished result. From the outset I was impressed with their initial consultation, communication and the competitively priced quote for the work to be undertaken. Mark and Lee listened to what I liked or wanted, and they even suggested some great ideas of their own too. On site I was amazed by the team's craftsmanship, the attention to detail and the desire to put me the customer first, ensuring the site was left clean and tidy at the end of the working day. Even the neighbours commented on the lads politeness and work ethic. Many thanks to Mark, Lee, Francis and Carl... for making my garden dream a reality.
