You can’t get hold of these people quickly if there’s an issue. My slabs were in stock according to the website. It wasn’t until I contacted them and had to wait two days for a reply that they told me they were having trouble at the port. Slabs then didn’t turn up for three weeks. Then they were due for delivery on the Thursday they didn’t turn up. Then got half the order Friday and half the order on the Saturday. Then I had two of the large slabs broken in transit. Average response time on live chat is 40 minutes umm or a lot longer. Emails take days. On hold for hours. They’re not even that cheap!

False advertising on delivery times. 3-5 day delivery turned into 3 weeks! Never using this company again, being a small landscaping business this has completely messed up 2 weeks of work schedule during my busiest time. If you order from this company give yourself plenty of time and don't bother calling because they never have any idea on delivery times. Very disappointing

I have recently ordered 140 sq metre of Autumn brown tumbled paving slabs. On initially reading some reviews I was nervous about ordering. However, on speaking/messaging with 3 different companies who could provide the same product, I decided I had a better initial feeling with paving superstore and therefore went with my instinct and placed the order. Sam in sales was helpful in providing product options and also in looking for a delivery method that suited my needs. Everything arrived on the day it was meant to and having started to lay the flags I'm very happy with the quality. I will certainly post a picture of my new patio area when completed!

Do not order from this company you will not receive anything. Every time you ring they promise you a delivery date and it never arrives. 3-5 day delivery more like 3-5 months terrible company.

Avoid at all costs. One star is very generous they maybe cheap but for a good reason. Awful customer service they just lie and speculate on delivery’s with no creditable information. I first got told Friday then possible Monday then Tuesday at the latest, next it would be Thursday which would still be the 10 day into their 3-5 day delivery. Now being told it might not be there until next Tuesday best case scenario. I’m a small business and this has completely wrecked my diary with day of no work as they can’t just give an honest answer so I can plan ahead instead they just lie and make the situation worse. No one in the office even seems to know where any of their products our and if they say they’ll contact you don’t hold your breath they won’t.

Mr d dudman ordered a circular paving set on the 26th of March paid for a delivery date . This never arrived so I phoned and cancelled the delivery and asked for a refund which they said would be done . As from today 18th of march no paving and down £338 pounds . Not very good so anyone looking at this site read this first . Poor customer services will phone Monday probably to be told sorry about this .
