This place is pathetic! I can NEVER get an appointment! The process is ridiculous! Even for my child! Once had a really rude doctor and receptionist isn't very nice either! Any positive reviews on here are probably friends of the doctors! Terrible service! Need to find a new one!

Dear Pavillion I just want to really say a big thank you to Dian Fasuluku who really helped me in forwarding a form for me to the Doctor's and keeping her promise in trying to get it done and going out her way. I don't usually do this type of things because I suffer from anxiety and stress and find a lot of thing’s difficult as it is and overwhelming but I thought I should really thank people who actually go out of their way to help me because there are very less people like this in the world. Also a very big thank you to Dr Natasha Cox who is a person that I feel I can talk to about all my health issues and she listens and tries to understand me, she takes her time to make me feel that I’m an individual with needs and helps me with my needs. Since my mum passed my journey has been ongoing and the problems for me never stops but dr cox is so humble when’s he speaks to me just like a mentor. Thanks you dr cox and all other gp that’s dealt me and my family, also the reception staff that are always willing to help. Thank you Shopna begum.

I had the same problem as Marcin with telephone appointments, but registered on line and booked a telephone consultation for tomorrow. I recommend this and go online at 7 pm.I like the GPs at this practice.
