I have been a renter for the best part of 15 years and Pavilion is by far the worst property company I have encountered. After renting a flat from them I faced numerous issues with the property – all of which were either dealt with extremely slowly or not dealt with at all. These included a leaking roof, windows that wouldn’t open, windows that leaked, mold, a shower which leaked into the flat below and a broken oven. On one occasion myself and my partner called the Property Manager in an attempt to directly discuss a problem after encountering a wall of silence, only for the Property Manager to shout at us claiming we were trying to blame her for the issue. It was most bizarre. From my experience, this is a company that does not care about the people renting their properties. You could argue that this isn’t unusual in the world of renting, but I have had previous landlords who took a far more understanding and responsive approach when it came to addressing issues with a property. I would strongly advise against renting from Pavilion.
