Thank you so much to Chris, Miriam and all the girls for their help and attention that they gave to Chester. Sadly we had to say our goodbyes to Chester last week but Chris and Hannah made us feel very comfortable. We always felt comfortable from our first visit to our last. They all cared for us and Chester, we weren’t just a number. They are also reasonable and very efficient especially with insurance claims. Their thoughtfulness has been demonstrated again today as we’ve had a lovely card from them. It is much appreciated. No matter what they did to Chester he was always so happy and never stopped wagging his tail! We will miss our lovely, friendly, loyal boy.

Our elderly staffie became very unwell..I had to make the difficult decision of euthanasia..everything went calmly and peacefully thanks to everyone at the vets..from Connie on reception and the nurses and the vet who made his final moments very quiet and dignified..we were sad afterwards and a letter arrived in the post..it was a beautiful card from Paveley and Day to offer their condolences..along with all the kindness we received from family and friends this kind gesture really helped us in our time of sadness..it's a lovely vets and their pricing structure is also very fair..I can highly recommend them.
